The City Maintenance Department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is located in the basement of City Hall.

DEPARTMENT FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. This department is responsible for the building maintenance of City Hall, including the supervision of janitorial and lawn contractors.
2. Daily maintenance calls are made at Fire Stations, Animal Shelter, Public Works, Princess Theater, Robinson Building, and the Old Bank Building. The Maintenance Department covers all facilities except Parks and Recreation.
3. Storm Shelter - The basement areas are used during extreme weather conditions. An employee of the Building Maintenance Department is available during times of. "Warning."
4. Fire Drills - The building Maintenance Department is responsible for fire drills, as needed.
