Outdoor Advertising Regulations
Section 25-70 through 25-84 of the CODE OF DECATUR, 1988, is enforced by the Building Department. These sections regulate billboards, detached signs, attached signs, maintenance of signs, unsafe signs, etc. Permit application forms are available in the Building Department.
