Administration and Certification Functions

1. Certify to the State of Alabama Real Estate Commission that real estate offices are located in the proper zone according to the zoning ordinance.
2. Certify to the State Board of Cosmetology that beauty shops and barber shops are located in the proper zone according to the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Send monthly reports to the Census Bureau.
4. Maintain current files on all construction in the City of Decatur.
