Department of Landscape and Beautification
The Beautification office is located at 1802 Central Parkway, SW on the Public Works compound.
Department Functions and Responsibilities:
The Landscape and Beautification Department has the responsibility of initiating, coordinating, and implementing programs that will improve the appearance of our community. Our efforts will be in conjunction with citizens, neighborhoods, schools, community-based organizations, and local businesses. Our programs include but are not limited to litter reduction, neighborhood clean-ups, planting and maintenance of city landscape sites, and management of our municipal urban forest. This department is also responsible for mowing alleys and small ditches.
