SPAY/NEUTER ORDINANCE

Decatur Animal Services has been fortunate to have an ordinance passed to require the sterilization of all pets adopted. All sterilizations are time based so that the maturity of the pet is considered. Noncompliance with this ordinance could result in a $100.00 fine, plus court costs payable in Municipal Court.
