Reviews all applications made to the Planning Department
Subdivision Committee	The Tuesday prior to the Planning Commission meeting of each month	1:15 PM	7th Floor
Reviews applications made to the Planning Department for subdivision of land, M-1A permitting, vacations of easements or right-of-ways, and annexation
Zoning Committee	The Tuesday prior to the Planning Commission Meeting
Reviews applications for zoning or rezoning of land
All meetings are held at City Hall located at 402 Lee St. NE. The applicant or his representative should be present.

Application Deadlines
All applications must be submitted to the Planning Department 21 days prior to the Planning Commission meeting except for a layout plat which is due 14 days prior to the meeting.

Recording and Processing Fees
Effective June 1, 2000
Recording fees are based on the following amounts:
$5.00 per page
$6.00 processing fee for County Courthouse
$5.00 processing fee for City of Decatur
Certified Letters $5.00 per adjoining property owner (if Planning Commission requires a public hearing)
